Weekly Competitions

Veterans Competition

Every Tuesday a large group of our veterans golf club (over 55s) play in a 14 hole event, mixing different formats such as Stableford, Stroke and novelty events such as 3 club challenges etc.

Ladies Competition

A field of Lady Members play each Wednesday in 18 hole competitions. Mixing events up with Stableford, Stroke etc. Vistors or new members are always welcome.

Thursday 18 Hole Open Competition

The “Millionaires” competition – A large field of members play each Thursday in an 18 hole single Stableford. This is an open competition and visitors are more than welcome. Call the club to book a tee time on 65626291 or book online using 1Golf.

Alternatively, you may arrive at 10am with the “Millionaires” and join a group.

Thursday 9 Hole Social Competition

“THE DASH FOR CASH” – A social nine hole competition played during Daylight Savings Time from our yellow social markers, players of any ability are more than welcome to come along and play with a local handicap provided each week. Tee off anytime on Thursday, cost is $10 for members & $20 for visitors.

 

Competition Rulings

Saturday Competition

The Saturday competition runs from 7am till 12:30pm every Saturday, hosting a large variety of medley 18 hole events. Varying from Stroke, Stableford, 4ball and Ambrose. Call the Club to book a tee time on 65626291 or book online using 1Golf.

Visitors are more than welcome to play. The first Saturday of each month is our Club’s ‘Monthly Medal’ day.

Countbacks

18 Hole Events: The best score for the last nine holes shall be used. If there is a tie, the last six holes shall be used and, if still tied, the last three holes shall be used. If a tie still persists, then hole by hole scores shall be taken from the 18th hole.

27, 36, 54 and 72 Hole Events: The last 18 holes shall be used and, if still tied, the count-back as in 18 hole events shall be used.

NOTE: The best score for the last six holes shall be used in nine hole events, then the last three and, if a tie persists, then hole by hole from the 9th.
